What investigations take place in your organization?
Most organizations have different people responsible for different types of investigations... this make sense.
What doesn't make sense is having investigations that DON'T have a common place of escalation and intersection. There could be different functions that have different processes which can create gaps in the systems or questions about organizational justice.
Let's talk about this. The same way compliance cannot be a siloed function, investigations shouldn't be either.
