Investigations on Individuals

Compliance investigations can reveal more than you want.

Recently, I had someone tell me how they found out someone they had worked with was not the same person they thought they were.

Investigations within a company have to be done, but this means they can reveal information that we weren't originally aware of. Unfortunately, this a part of the job.

Remember, you can't change anything about that person, but you can relish the good interactions you've had with that individual. People are complex - we're all shades of gray!
