Timberline ESG Case Study
The Situation
Non-public companies who are suppliers to public companies are increasingly being asked to reply to vendor assessments in a variety of areas including regarding environmental, social and governance matters. Timberline had received just such a request from one of its largest customers. The only problem? The company had never had to address this type of request and, as is the case with many types companies who are asked to respond to these assessments, the company wanted support in improving the way they communicated and planned for continuous improvement. Knowing they needed to leverage a third party compliance consulting firm with expertise in the ESG area, they turned to Lumen Worldwide Endeavors.
