After Action - the Post-Crisis Necessity

In any #crisisresponse or #disasterresponse, the most critical and most often forgotten element is the “after action” assessment and remediation.

No matter how well you planned, life has a funny way of throwing all good plans through a meat grinder to be completely unrecognizable at the end. Make sure you plan (and complete!) your after action assessment NOW before a second wave or any other crisis hits. Discuss what went well, where the gaps were, what could be improved and set dates and deliverables.
