Be Resilient Through Mindfulness

 

We are back with #mindsetmonday to talk about #resilience with the theme of #mindfulness.

This weekend I spent time at a #boardofdirectors retreat talking about #resilientleadership and why it is so important to master the four themes. Mindfulness allows you to keep things in #perspective. Maintaining a hopeful and positive outlooks allows you to solve problems and find potential solutions.

2020 presents significant challenges to mindfulness, but when you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, just go back to the basics and find your way to hope and being fully present.
