So why not start your week out right by starting with movement. You will accomplish so many things by the action of moving- you’ll improve #health and #wellbeing, boost your #mentalhealth, improve your #mood, improve #focus and attention, reduce premature aging.
You will also start the week as a success by accomplishing something early on.
Make a 5 minute walk your “commute”.
