#wellbeingwednesday has taken on new meaning with each passing week. We already know that #wellbeing is critical at every stage of life and the emphasis changes over time.
Prioritizing #wellness during times of additional #stress and #anxiety cannot be understated to mitigate the trauma of uncontrollable events.
Well-being has so many aspects. Take care of your fitness and keep active. Prioritize emotional health including emotional connectedness even when you can’t be physically proximate. Dental health is critical too- especially as many dentists and orthodontist are no longer seeing non emergency patients.
Allow yourself new opportunities to learn and grow in ways you may not have considered in the past. Find ways to connect with community and other groups that fuel you in purpose. See the hope and promise in each day.
