Dressing for Wellness

Happy #wellbeingwednesday. Some days sweats work fine, but changing things up to dress differently can have an impact on overall #wellbeing.
I like to dress up for some of my #virtual social hours and for some of the video blogs because it changes how I feel. Depending on the clothing (or even the makeup, hairstyle, etc), I may sit a little straighter, hold my head a little higher and even be more focused on the task at hand.
Despite being in a #socialdistancing environment with #remotework, changing your dress style can alter your overall #mindset.
