Happy #wellbeingwednesday! Giving back is the best way to fuel feelings of #wellness for you and the recipient.
People often mistake giving back as tied to dollars or intense amounts of time or talent. Really, giving back doesn’t require a threshold to be of value.
For example, spending just a few minutes to like a podcast, write a positive LinkedIn comment or submitting a positive review for a small business can make a world of difference to the recipient. The little things matter.
Take a moment to support a small business you care about. Like and comment on something. Thank someone. Exhibit kindness.
