Seek Soulful Music, Not Perfect Notes

A great musician once said that playing the perfect notes matters far less than playing soulful music... We can all learn from different disciplines and I believe that this quote holds true in many areas- my own profession included.

You can have an absolutely technically perfect program or approach, but the “how” is just as important if not more important than the underlying technical skills.

So, today think about whether you can start the week with purpose and conviction to make whatever you do more meaningful.
