Stop! Can you Finish Strong by Stopping?

JUST STOP! I’m here to tell you that sometimes finishing strong is about stopping.
How can it be that a way to finish strong is to stop? By stopping the things that are holding you back - whether it’s negative self-talk or behaviors that undermine your ultimate goals- you free yourself up and create unfettered momentum.
Rather than just adding more activities to your already full plate, find ways to reduce the drag on your momentum by just quitting that which weighs you down.
